About

A systems architect, not an agency.

I'm Yeshua Torreblanca, a full-stack engineer and systems architect in Central Florida. For eight-plus years I've built production systems inside operating businesses. Now I do that work directly for small businesses — the person who audits your workflow is the person who builds and maintains the system.

How I Think About Technology

Tools are easy to buy and hard to live with. My bias: fewer systems, clearer ownership, and automation that quietly removes work. AI serves the workflow, not the other way around.

How I Work

  • Audit first — I learn how work actually moves before proposing anything
  • Fixed-price projects, small at first, judged on results
  • Bilingual — I work in English and Spanish, and build systems that do too
  • You own everything I build — code, data, and documentation, with a clean handoff

What Working Directly With the Builder Changes

Most consulting passes through layers — sales, scoping, delivery — and context is lost at each one. Here there is one layer.

  • Strategy and build are one conversation — what we decide in the audit is what gets built
  • Honest scoping — no team to keep billable, so when software is not worth it, I say so
  • Continuity — the system's designer maintains it, so it evolves instead of going stale
