About this practice
This is an independent systems consulting practice based in Central Florida. I design workflow automation, internal portals, document and knowledge systems, and custom integrations for small businesses. Engagements are delivered directly by me, not by an agency or subcontractors.
Discovery calls and the AI Workflow Audit
The introductory call and the AI Workflow Audit are free and carry no obligation. Booking a call or audit does not create a contract for paid work. Any engagement beyond the audit is scoped and agreed separately in a written agreement before work begins.
Engagements and pricing
Paid projects are scoped fixed-price in a written agreement that defines the deliverables, timeline, and fees for that engagement. Any figures shown on the Site are starting points and may vary with scope. The written agreement for a given engagement governs that engagement and takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.
Ownership of work
On full payment for an engagement, you own the custom code, configurations, data, and documentation produced specifically for you. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and general methods I bring to the work remain mine, licensed to you for use in your delivered system. Third-party platforms and services you choose to run remain subject to their own terms and fees.
Website AI assistant
The assistant on this Site is a support and demonstration tool powered by a third-party AI language model. It is not a licensed professional or advisor, and its responses are best-effort and may be inaccurate. Do not share confidential or sensitive information through it. See the Privacy Notice for how conversation data is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or assistant for unlawful purposes; attempt to extract credentials, API keys, or proprietary prompts; flood the assistant with automated requests or attempt to exhaust rate limits; or use information from the Site to compete unfairly or to disparage this practice.
No professional advice
Content on the Site and findings shared in a free audit are general guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's written agreement.
No warranties
The Site and assistant are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. I may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or assistant. Total liability for any claim arising from the free portions of the Site is capped at USD 100. Paid engagements are governed by the liability terms in their written agreements.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Changes
I may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Material changes are noted by updating the “Last updated” date above.
