What data is collected
The intake form collects project details, work email, and company information so inquiries can be qualified and answered. The AI assistant saves conversation messages, timestamps, pages visited, and interaction events under a random browser identifier. The service also records the IP address associated with analytics and assistant requests. Obvious payment-card numbers, government IDs, and credentials are redacted before conversation storage.
How data is used
Data is used to evaluate project fit, respond to inquiries, and schedule discovery calls. Analytics events are tracked for conversion measurement. Chat topics and site activity are combined into a pseudonymous profile—such as interest in intake automation or document workflows—to improve the assistant and understand which services are useful. IP addresses are used for abuse prevention, request attribution, and operational security. This profile is not sold and is not used for automated eligibility, employment, credit, insurance, or other consequential decisions.
Data sharing
Intake submissions are routed to the configured form handler (Formspree or equivalent). Data is not sold. Chat messages are sent to the configured AI inference provider to generate a response. Website analytics are processed by the self-hosted Umami service, including the random profile identifier, interaction details, and associated IP address. Infrastructure and observability providers, including Datadog when enabled, may also process request metadata such as IP address and user agent.
Retention and choices
Chat conversations, interaction events, stored IP addresses, and inactive pseudonymous profiles are retained for up to 180 days by default. Avoid submitting secrets or sensitive records. To request access or deletion, use the contact page, include “Privacy Request,” and provide any relevant conversation details.
